Granted, it’s slightly thicker and heavier than the iPad, but 2 ounces is a negligible difference for most people. In my opinion, the ThinkPad tablet has a much higher build quality than the iPad and can stand up to a lot more abuse and daily wear before malfunctioning.

The screen is bright and clear, and the speakers more than sufficient for most environments. In louder environments (airports and public places) headphones may be necessary. Performance after startup is speedy and with little to no waiting. It takes about 60 seconds for the tablet to start from cold boot.
